Colorizing Images

1. Open a new window and paste in your image. (Edit»Paste or Ctrl+v)
2. Create a new blank layer.
3. Take the Fill tool and set your forground color to the color you want it to be.
4. Then make sure your blank layer is selected then simply click somewhere on your image creating a solid layer.
5. After that is done go over and fiddle around with your opacity or blending modes. I suggest 'Overlay' as the best.
