Semi-Transparent Blogs

1. Open a new window and paste in your image. (Edit»Paste or Ctrl+v)
2. Create a box over where you want the text box.
3. Go over to your layers window and fiddle around with the opacity. I find that 40-70% works best.
4. Then add all your effects and text and Ta-da!
